Rosemary Walnuts Recipe

Rosemary Walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2 cups shelled walnuts (whole if possible)
2 and 1/2 Tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons crumbled and dried rosemary
1-2 teaspoons salt
1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (2 makes it spicy!)

On a cookie sheet or shallow pan, lay out walnuts in a single layer.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the walnuts.
Roast walnuts in oven for about 10 minutes, or until browned, shaking or stirring occasionally.
